Services We Offer
Latisse™
Over 80% of adult women say they’d feel "naked" leaving the house without mascara (and we’ve all seen what happens to celebs who dare skip it on an off day!). Long, lush, fluttery lashes are a definite "do"… and what don’t we do to get them?
Learn about Latisse™:
Mascara, extensions, lash curlers - what women doesn’t have a drawer full of contraptions One that says it thickens, one that swears it won’t run when we cry, one that promises to lengthen & curl, one that makes you put on a goopy white primer before you actually get to the mascara part. And in the end, when we wash them off at the end of the day, we’re back to our au naturel skimpy, sometimes threadbare, pale, puny lashes.
But that’s all about to change with Latisse™ the first and only FDA-approved prescription treatment for inadequate or not enough lashes. Latisse™ is used to grow eyelashes, making them longer, thicker and darker.
How it works:
Latisse™ is believed to affect the growth (anagen) phase of the eyelash hair cycle in two ways: First, it increases the length of this phase; and second, it increases the number of hairs in this growth phase.
Latisse™ solution is a once-a-day treatment you apply to the base of the upper eyelashes each evening. Results may be seen starting at 8 weeks with full results at 12 to 16 weeks. The growth is gradual.
Latisse™ requires a prescription from a doctor. The most common side effects after using Latisse™ solution are an itching sensation in the eyes and/or eye redness. This was reported in approximately 4% of patients. Latisse™ solution may cause other less common side effects which typically occur on the skin close to where Latisse™ is applied, or in the eyes. These include skin hyperpigmentation, eye irritation, dryness of the eyes, and redness of the eyelids.
Do not use Latisse™ if you have elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) or are allergic to one of the ingredients in the Latisse™ solution.
Elevated intraocular (IOP) pressure is a condition where the pressure inside the eye is higher than normal. Latisse™ may decrease IOP. Talk to your doctor if you are using IOP-lowering medications. Concurrent administration of Latisse™ and certain IOP-lowering medications in ocular hypertensive patients should be closely monitored for changes in intraocular pressure.
The ingredients in Latisse™ are:
