LabiaSculptâ„ Labiaplasty is a surgical procedure that reduces the size of, and/or reshapes the labia minora, improving the external appearance of the vagina. The labia minora are the inner labia, or lips, of the vagina, and are situated between the outer labia and the vaginal opening.
In women of reproductive age, there are considerable variations in the size of the labia minora. Some are enlarged, uneven or both. In these women, enlarged labia minora can be due to genetics, childbirth, aging or other factors. Women with enlarged labia minora may experience pain during intercourse, or feel discomfort during everyday activities, especially when wearing tight-fitting clothing.
LabiaSculptâ„ is performed using local anesthesia and mild sedation.
